You will be given all the tools and guidance you require to produce great results in a short space of time, and, your motivation is a photo-shoot with a sports photographer!


Before you begin your transformation we book you in for a photo-shoot with a sports photographer 12 weeks in advance. This gives you a dead line and a goal, to look your best for a sports model shoot, at a professional studio or location of your choice.

Along the way we document and photograph your progress so that your friends and family can follow your transformation and provide comments and support. This all works to keep you focused and on track for what will be the most significant aesthetic change you will make.

The body you have always dreamed of and all the self-esteem and confidence that comes with it.

And that’s not all . . .

At Trigger Fitness we love seeing our clients succeed, so to sweeten the pot, we will throw in 3 Biosignature consultations (1 x 30 minute & 2 x 15 mins) .  This will definitely keep you on track and give you great tips for life.
