Modified Strongman Group Training
Modified Strongman training will take your fitness and performance to the next level. If you want to increase your fitness, get strong and lean all at the same time, this is the workout you’re after. This type of training is great because it burns fat, increases your strength, VO2 max and is also great for sports conditioning.
It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are because we modify the weights to suit each individual. Even if you’re not training to be a strongman (or woman), which most of us aren’t, occasionally working this into your weekly routine will add another dimension to your training. Not to mention it’s great FUN!
These sessions will be held throughout the week at Fitness First Platinum George Street Sydney CBD. Groups of 4 people. The sessions will be 45 minutes and are $55 per person. Click here to reserve your spot now.
