Monthly Personal Training is an al a cart system that allows you to choose how many times a week you would like to work with a coach. You will receive a monthly Bio Signature consultation to compliment your training, this provides you with accurate body fat readings and nutritional and supplementation advice. You will also recieve a stretch program and manual, an energy system program to be followed on your non weights days and a complimentary Personal Training Diary so you and your coach can keep a record of your success.
